I also have this grinder and have found it to be very precise for my needs thus far - from coarse (French Press), Fine (Drip Coffee) to Extra Fine (Espresso). The only downside I have is that the coffee tray is plastic and the grinds tend to 'cling' to the sides a bit. But, a simple rinse is all it takes to clean this properly.

I noticed a few asked where to buy it: Home Outfitters is the best in my opinion. They are part of HBC (The Bay), so you can use any Bay/HBC gift certificates at Home Outfitters (which is what I did), but for some reason, Home Outfitters has lower prices than the Bay for the exact same items.
