Mail order coffee? was created by jason
So I recently moved back to Saskatoon from Victoria and am having trouble finding espresso beans that don't taste like sipping acid. In Victoria I pretty much only used Oughtred espresso roast - and I'm missing it.

Is there any mail order coffee in Canada that has reasonable quality espresso roast? Something with a subscription model would be cool!

Thanks.

Not sure how this contravenes advertising, etc. This is supposed to be helpful.

Some of my favourites that I've tried:

1) 49th Parallel Epic Espresso
2) Social Coffee and Tea

What I hear is good: Transcend and Fratello .

I'm working my way through them, and updating my blog - www.coffeestork.com as I go.

If 49th does mail order, I would be the first in line to suggest them - there is LOTS to pick from.
Bottom like is that you order DIRECT from a roaster and not a reseller - and that they SHIP the day the coffee is roasted.

Hey - regular posters on this site can put any reasonable link on this forum.

I can spot spoofers and link shillers a mile away.

When it comes to ordering coffee by mail I would suggest going with a company like Doi Chaang Coffee. I always get my orders quickly and it's freshly roasted. Really really freshly roasted.
You should check them out. www.doichaangcoffee.com

Editor: I have tried all of their coffee - good stuff - especially the Civet coffee if it's available...
