I used to go to Coyote Cafe -- was a regular there - and was in touch with the owners constantly (advising them with their start-up and growth...) and then at some point they stopped answering their e-mails...
Kind of cut me off and never said why --
I have not been back.
So: The BUZZ In Nanaimo has a Synesso and JJ BEAN?
Yes... the Buzz is great. I wrote some where else on here about it but.... one of the most beautiful coffee shops. Gorgeous shop... hardwood, leather, fireplaces, stone work... very nice!
Scott Henderson is the owner, fairly new to the coffee scene but a real solid guy! The coffee is well on it's way to great!
hey, so do we have any for Winnipeg yet? I read through the thread but didn't see a winnipeg location (unless I missed it). I'm living there now (grew up here but lived in Lake Louise for two years and Montreal before that for a year) and am looking for my cup of perfection in Winnipeg.
Well just got back from the Daily Grind in Winnipeg, had a double long-pour americano. It was alright, one of the better one in the city that I have found so far. Nice little coffee shop, relaxed; I can see myself going back there (but still looking for the best cafe in a city that has been rated as one of the worst cities for coffee).
