Ok, really need some help from the folks here. Pardon the initial rambling until I get to the questions.

Latin background, so strong coffee has always been in our blood. In the past, for the most part, the method of making coffee was with one of those stove-top espresso maker. Then we started to use the basic Krups espresso machine (this was some 10 years ago), Mr. Coffee, and most recent a Breville EXP8XL (lousy machine).

We currently have the in-laws living with us and they are heavy coffee drinkers. They must make some 20+ cups of espresso every day. For their coffee they still use the stove-top espresso maker. They heat the milk separately and the mixed the two.

We only use AltoGrande beans (from Garrido in Puerto Rico) and some Blue Mountain beans whenever business takes me to Jamaica. Seldom do we try something different. But will start to do so.

OK, so here are the questions:

Looking for recommendations on a super automatic machine. I would like to make it easier on the in-laws for their daily coffee and still have a good/decent espresso in the mornings and after meals. Looking for something that would make Cappuccinos with a single press of a button.

With so many choices and prices all over, it is difficult to decide on the best option.

I have seen and tested the Jura-Capresso IMPRESSA Z5 at William Sonoma and a few others

Avoid anything by Capresso or Jura.

Buy Solis or Schaerer.

The Saeco Supers are somewhat better than the Capresso and Jura product.

Avoid anything by Delonghi!
