I just received a MicroCimbali with the same fault. Did you find a solution?

It's not just the temp of that coffee that is creating no crema. Your grind and the type of coffee are essential. The best tasting coffee I found is from a company in CT called Cafe Italia Enterprises. The coffee is called Passalacqua. Best tasting coffee and perfect crema. They will even grind it to your machine if you don't have a good grinder. These guys are the experts.

Hi there,

i am new to CoffeCrew - since i just got a used La Cimbali Liberty i thought it was appropriate to register right away ;o

I have to start with a question since the former owner didn't have the manual for this machine.

I followed the instructions above - buet beside the fact i certainly need some more practise i discovered that pressure doesn't rise above 0,4 bar.

Sounds little to me... Any idea?

Cheers from Germany

All you need is enough pressure to push water into the brew group.

Does it seem like it is heating up enough?
Do not fill the boiler to the top, BTW.

You need some room for steam to develop.
