I ordered it from seattlecoffeegear.com.
1. Why would less liquid flow through a single basket in the same amount of time?
2. Is the contents of a single or double basket good for only one single or double shot?
3. So, anything more than the amount of liquid mentioned in the allotted time means that either the coffee grains aren't fine enough or the coffee wasn't tamped with sufficient pressure?
4. Finally, In general, should a quality shot of espresso have a slight acidity or bitterness to it? In other words, what's the basic taste profile of a good tasting espresso?
Thanks very much!
