I have been messing with beans on an off for a few years, first I tried roasting in a wok. Most recently I purchased the SR500. I consider myself a newbie roaster, nevertheless, I like my results. I documented my last roast. I am going for a French roast for espresso.

The beans are moving more as they roast so I reduced the airflow. Second crack is finished. I decide to stop the roast at 11:13 minute. Hit the 'Cool' button.
