Hello - I just splurged for a Technivorm (10 cup size) and have started working with it. Coffee seems to be a bit weak, starting out and I thought it might be the grind. Anyone have a suggestion for what setting to use on the Maestro Plus grinder? - Thanks
I would agree with that measurement more or less -
10g of whole bean coffee ground to 6 - 8 fluid ounces of water...
works out to a medium sized mug.
I think in this case, the grind is actually more critical --
and it is hard to define using terms like "consistency of sand" for drip coffee - and since all grinders are a little different, it is impossible to give numbers as seen on the grinder.
