My My Cafe died a couple months ago having served me very well for very many years. So I can part it out now :^( I can send the lid thingy (and the manual and more?) if ya want.

Hi-If you are going to sell off the parts of your Toshiba \"My Cafe\" I am interested. I would like to buy the plastic part that goes on the bottom of the brew basket. I read in the other messages that someone needs to top plastic piece. Please contact me at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

I have the GBX12 and it seems to have a part missing that engages the grinder blade. It would be something that is part of the post on the actual machine, not a brew/grinder basket component.

This part is the top of the brew/grinder basket. It contains the beans during the grinding process, and also is critical to the brewing process because the water runs over it and through holes above the coffee. It must be able to withstand the extreme heat of brewing, so there really is no homemade substitute. I have had two of these coffee makers for about 25 years and I love them! It was a great product. There were two models...one with manual buttons, and another with digital controls. I have the digital model.
