Well after work today I tried out a 3 minute steep time on my french press instead of my normal 4 that I thought was normal.

I think that extra minute makes a big difference! I like 3 minutes better :laugh:

I'm going to keep experimenting on this as I have new coffees from Trancsend coming soon. I also have that burr grinder coming Colin that you pointed too ;) Can't wait!
